How TillYouDo works, purchase terms, and the limits of notification delivery.

Provider and scope
TillYouDo is provided by Individual Entrepreneur Gleb Kucherenko, Georgia. These terms describe the app, website, and support. TillYouDo is currently in pre-release development; no App Store availability or purchase is promised by this website.
App licence
The licence for an App Store download is governed by Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement, unless a different agreement is expressly provided with the app. These product explanations do not remove mandatory consumer rights or override Apple’s applicable licence and purchase terms.
What a reminder means
A reminder stays active until you explicitly close or archive it; an open recurring occurrence may also be skipped. Dismissing a notification or stopping an urgent alert does not mark it Done. Single mode sends one system notification. Delivery depends on your schedule, permissions, iOS behaviour, device state, and available system capacity.
Appropriate use
TillYouDo is a personal reminder tool, not a medical, emergency, or safety-critical service, and not an alarm-clock replacement. It cannot guarantee that a notification will arrive, be noticed, or lead to action. Use an independent backup when missing something could have serious consequences. Keep permissions and schedules appropriate for your needs.
Your content
You keep your rights to the reminder content you enter. You are responsible for lawful use and for the accuracy of your schedules. We do not claim the right to use private reminder content for advertising or AI training and cannot recover content held only on your device.
Free and Pro
Core reminder functions are available in Free, with a limit of five active reminders. Pro adds the features presented in the app. Existing content is not hidden or deleted when Pro expires. The app shows available products, local prices, billing periods, and any eligible trial before a purchase.
Subscriptions and one-time purchases
When offered, monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple. Any trial applies only to eligible accounts under the displayed terms. Lifetime is a one-time entitlement to Pro for this product, not a guarantee of perpetual service or future platform compatibility. Apple handles billing and refund requests. Manage or cancel a subscription; request a refund. Deleting the app or its local data does not cancel a subscription.
Availability, changes, and rights
Features depend on supported iPhone hardware and iOS versions. Updates may change compatibility or behaviour, and third-party services may be unavailable. We will describe material product or policy changes where required. Nothing here excludes liability, warranties, remedies, or consumer protections that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
