Who is responsible
Individual Entrepreneur Gleb Kucherenko, Georgia, provides TillYouDo. This policy covers the iPhone app, tillyoudo.com, and correspondence sent to support@tillyoudo.com. The app is currently in pre-release development.
What stays on your device
Reminder titles, notes, schedules, archive contents, settings, and technical delivery/action records are stored locally. TillYouDo has no developer account, cloud sync, remote reminder server, advertising, analytics SDK, or automatic diagnostic upload. We cannot browse your reminders.
Apple and system features
iOS delivers local notifications and urgent alerts through Apple frameworks. Widgets and Shortcuts use the app’s shared local storage. Your notification-preview settings affect what others can see. Device backups, Apple diagnostics, and App Store services follow your Apple settings and Apple’s privacy practices; local storage is not a promise that your device never uses a network.
Purchases
When purchases are available, Apple processes payment through the App Store. TillYouDo uses StoreKit to verify Pro access and keeps a minimal local entitlement cache. We do not receive your payment-card details and have no receipt-upload or purchase-account server.
Support and optional diagnostics
If you email us, we receive your address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. The app can generate a technical diagnostic report only when requested. You can inspect it before choosing a recipient in the system share sheet. The report excludes reminder titles, notes, schedules, notification text, and reminder identifiers. Do not email private reminder content, passwords, or payment information.
Website and email providers
Cloudflare hosts and protects this website and routes messages sent to our support address to a Yandex mailbox. These services process the request or email information needed for delivery, security, and operation. Website requests can include your IP address, browser information, URL, and access time. The site adds no advertising, tracking scripts, analytics beacon, forms, or marketing cookies. Cloudflare may process security-related information under its privacy policy. Email is also subject to Yandex’s privacy policy.
Purposes and retention
We use support correspondence to answer requests, investigate faults, and meet legal obligations. Website request data supports delivery and security. Where applicable, legal grounds include providing a service you request, legitimate interests in operating and securing it, and legal obligations. We retain correspondence as needed for these purposes; you can request deletion. We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising or automated profiling.
Deletion and your choices
Archiving is not deletion. Individual reminder deletion keeps a private Undo snapshot, with Undo available for 15 minutes. Technical records may remain locally for reliable delivery and duplicate-action prevention. Removing local app data does not cancel Apple subscriptions or remove copies in device backups or destinations you chose. Those copies must be managed separately. The operator cannot remotely recover or erase data stored only on your iPhone.
International processing and your rights
The operator is based in Georgia. Apple, Cloudflare, and Yandex may process relevant service data in other countries under their terms and applicable data-protection rules. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, withdraw consent where applicable, or complain to a competent supervisory authority. Contact support@tillyoudo.com for requests about information we hold. We cannot access device-only reminders to fulfil such requests.
